![]() I understand that nickel steel barrels are not as strong as the WP barrels, but by how much? I'll be using the gun for clays mostly as well as upland and am going to be loading up some bismuth for ducks and geese. ![]() I think I've read just about every post here, and anywhere else I'm able to find any info on the gun (though still unsure)- and would like to know what sort of loads are safe to use in the gun. I'm curious about the nickel steel barrel. The barrel is 30" long and sports a full choke. The wood has a very few very light handling marks. The gun is in excellent original condition- no cracks, with bluing rated at 99%. ![]() It looks like I'm the new owner of a 12 GA Winchester Model 12 with Nickel Steel Barrel. ![]() Just joined up, though I've been reading your posts for the last few weeks trying to decide on a gun. ![]()
